Way Kuo is the President of City University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the U. S. National Academy of Engineering, and Academia Sinica; also a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In addition to his expertise in design for reliability, Kuo is known for promoting curriculum of relevance to societal needs and problem-driven research. Kuo received Ph. D. degree from Kansas State University and B.S. degree in nuclear engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
Mark E. Troy is the Associate Director of Measurement and Research Services at TAMU. He is an expert on designing the course appraisal system. He has published widely on educational program evaluations, survey research, and student ratings of faculty. He earned M. A. degree from Washington University and Ph. D. degree from the University of Hawaii, both in psychology.
